To get somewhere, you have to choose a path.

What makes your life valuable is recognizing where you've been, where you want to go, and sharing that journey honestly with people. I have journeyed a life of faith; I have journeyed from obesity to health. I have traveled from singlehood to married life and fatherhood. I am still a pilgrim of this journey and enjoy making "travel partners" along the way.
I'll be honest; I started my online presence as a health coach, that may be the second most crucial journey I have traveled in my life. The the most important trip being my relationship with the Catholic Church and Jesus Christ. The content within is disorganized. It's my creative whims to serve others.
