Launching A New Venture- For you, By me.

Updated: Oct 2, 2023

When I began my fitness challenges in 2010, I knew I needed to work hard and fill in the gaps regarding nutrition. Starting is always the hardest; having the right tools can make all the difference. In my own efforts, I did a few key things.

I focused on eating well, exercising, and supplementing where I needed it.

My focused usage of supplements falls on a few kinds of products.

1. A Solid multivitamin because I don't eat perfectly every day.

2. Probiotics/prebiotics: These basic building blocks are important to your health because we know so little about our gut microbiome.

3. Whey protein is a powerhouse of complete protein to keep muscles from breaking down during a fat loss push or to keep full during a weight loss cut.

Instead of becoming an affiliate and selling someone else stuff, I wanted to go directly to the sources. Plus, I don't need Amazon getting anymore money then they already do. So...

I have decided to launch my own brand of these supplements through an FDA-registered, sports-certified producer.

Matt's Muscle Sup(plements), a wordplay on the muscle-up exercise, is for the fitness enthusiast looking for straight-up, no B.S. supplements to help you along the path. None of this is necessary for one's health goals or success, but you may find there are ways these products help you and your specific needs.

For instance, a complete multivitamin can augment your nutrition so you don't become deficient in any one nutrient (looking at you, Vitamin D, and Zinc).

Probiotics can help your gut do what it does best: digest food. But making sure there are prebiotics to help kickstart that process can help you stay regular once those probiotics get going. It's a simple thing with profound health benefits.

Whey protein is synonymous with training and weight loss. Why? Protein keeps you full—protein fuels muscle density plus repair. Whey Protein can be used to boost your intake by adding a scoop to oatmeal, yogurt, or just a quick snack shake. At 110 calories, it's a low-calorie—snack to keep on hand.

If you try my brand and like them, then please share them with others. I want people to feel good about themselves and know that what they consume is good for them.

Not only that, but you'll be supporting a small business that has no desire to become a huge brand but a brand that will only ever serve a few hundred people. That means your dollar is valued immensely, my prices will be competitive, and I will be grateful for your support.

Now, let's muscle up!

I've had a soft opening of the online store, but you can visit it by going to mattmaus.net/supplements

Peace,

-Matt
