You've seen ads for all sorts of boxing style workouts at local gyms, and even franchised chain boutiques that I won't mention by name, but you know what I'm talking about, right?
Here are some of the reasons this style of exercise is gaining momentum.
-It's fun! The rounds just fly by. -It is more than just throwing punches, there are footwork combinations and weights to build muscle. -It is short! Less than 40 minutes in your own house, and you only gotta make it work 5 days a week.
But let's also be honest. You've gotta go through a lot to just get to one of these classes in a gym. I don't know about you, but I don't have time to get in my car, drive, sweat, shower, change, drive to work and have a bag full of nasty gym clothes in my car.
Therefore, I am so glad to bring a boxing style program into my home fitness routine.
So let's get clear here, the program consists of 3 days of cardio scorching boxing rounds, 2 days of functional weight training AND core work every day for 6 weeks. There are gonna be some serious TRANSFORMATIONS from this plan! So here's the deal- I can reasonably take on like 10 people to pilot this program with me, but you gotta want it, you gotta be all in, and no stopping until you hear the bell.
